Mindfulness for Families
In this interactive family workshop/sessions, parents along with their children will:
- explore the components of meditation and mindfulness
- practise simple and practical ways of integrating present moment awareness in their daily lives
- learn how mindfulness effects our brains and energy systems
By maintaining the delicate balance between freedom and structure in this workshop/sessions, parents and kids get to experience increasing levels of peace, relaxation, self-awareness and self-regulation.
Sessions or workshops are offered in small groups or private family coaching services are available upon request.
