Mindfulness for Kids
In these interactive sessions, children will learn:
- the difference between meditation and mindfulness
- learn several practical strategies to help calm and relax their busy minds
- become more aware of mental and emotional activity arising within them
Through regular practice, children will be able to better self-regulate and manage their daily emotions, worries, frustration and become more mindful of their triggers, stressors and anxious tendencies.
Sessions or workshops are offered 1 on 1 private sessions or in groups.
